Babies often have cold head, hands & feet because their circulatory system is not fully developed. A massage will help to warm the hands & feet by improving the blood around the body to the muscles & tissues.

Baby massage should be avoided if baby has a fever as this stimulating the circulation can make for a higher temperature.
